Request a Connectivity NOI Assessment

Tell us about the property and, if you have them handy, attach recent bills or agreements. We confirm receipt within two business days and follow up by the method you choose. Partial information is fine — every field except your contact details is optional, and we can collect documents later.

The initial review is currently complimentary.

Contact

The person we should address the report and follow-up to.

Helps us pitch the report at the right level of detail.

Ownership entity, asset manager, or property-management firm.

Where we follow up about your request.

Only used if you choose phone follow-up below.

Property

If this request covers a portfolio, name one property here and mention the rest in the notes field below.

City and state are enough; regulations and market benchmarks vary by location.

An approximate count is fine.

List whoever serves the property today, in whatever detail you know.

Renewal windows often shape which options are realistic. “Unknown” is a common and useful answer.

Does the property have a bulk internet service agreement? (optional)

A bulk agreement is one where the property buys internet for all units and provides it to residents, often inside rent or as a fixed fee.

Does the property have a marketing, access, or revenue agreement with a provider? (optional)

These go by many names — marketing agreement, access agreement, compensation agreement, door fee. “Unknown” is fine; we can identify them from documents.

Anything residents or site staff complain about. Plain language is perfect.

A rough sense of how often your team, rather than the provider, handles connectivity issues.

How should we follow up? required

We confirm receipt within two business days either way.

Attach documents (optional)

Uploads are optional — you can submit the form without them and send documents later. Useful files include recent ISP invoices, bulk-service agreements, marketing or access agreements, and provider correspondence.

Please redact resident-level personal information (names, unit-level account details) before uploading. We need the commercial terms, not resident data.

Accepted types: PDF, DOC/DOCX, XLS/XLSX, CSV, PNG, JPG. Up to 10 files, 15 MB per file.

Notice at Collection. Documents and form responses you submit are collected by Cal ISP, LLC. Categories collected: business contact details, property information you provide, any business documents you choose to upload, and campaign-attribution data associated with your visit (such as UTM parameters and the referring page). Purpose: solely to perform and communicate about your Connectivity NOI Assessment — never for resale, benchmark databases, or model training. Retention: uploaded documents are deleted on request at any time and, absent a request, within the retention window described in Privacy Policy Section 3 after the engagement or prospect file is closed; contact records may be kept longer for ordinary business-records purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details and your California privacy rights.

By submitting, you send this information to Cal ISP, LLC, operator of T12 Advisory, to respond to your request. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

We confirm receipt within two business days. No obligation.
